On November 25, 2025, at Novotel Bucharest City Centre, the Smart Alliance – Innovation Technology Cluster organized the conference “SMART Solutions for Digitalizing Organizations in 2026”, dedicated to trends and practical solutions for digital transformation.
The conference “SMART Solutions for Digitalizing Organizations in 2026” was designed as a practical format, with two thematic sessions and networking, bringing together approximately 100 participants from both the private and public sectors, along with IT specialists and technology partners.
The main topics focused on automation and AI applied in organizational processes (including examples using IBM solutions and Google Gemini), operational digitalization (HR and payroll), infrastructure management supported by AI, as well as decision optimization through ERP systems. Additionally, the event addressed the financing component for digitalization in 2026, providing a concrete framework for organizations aiming to transform initiatives into sustainable projects.
In this context, Cosmin Măcăneață, CEO of Omega Trust and President of Smart Alliance, participated as a speaker with the presentation “How to Improve Cybersecurity in Your Organization.” His intervention directly connects digitalization with a critical requirement of today: the increasing attack surface driven by automation, AI adoption, and the migration of workflows into digital tools. In practical terms, the message is that efficiency gained through AI/ERP and automation must be complemented by security controls, governance, and resilience measures, ensuring that digitalization is not only fast, but also secure.
